Nestled on the banks of the upper Kinnickinnic River is The Gathering Barn at Green Pastures Family Farm. We believe it’s the perfect space for inspiration, collaboration, community and celebration. The historic barn is immersed in an uplifting farm experience by the river. We look forward to the opportunity to host your event!

Weddings
Although we are not exclusively a wedding venue, we do host a limited number of weddings from May through October. If you’re looking for a memorable, relaxed, genuine wedding experience that honors the origins of what a wedding and a marriage can be, you’ve found just the right place. For a more loud, bumping, party atmosphere and experience, we are not the best fit.
Green Pastures Events

Gathering Barn Features:
- Access to the Kinnickinnic River.
- A step-up stage perfect for musical performance, announcements, and a reception head-table.
- A built-in sound system and AV equipment which can be included for a small fee.
- Access to a full 7-acre farmyard, including a produce garden and hiking trails.
- Historic farmyard atmosphere, complete with chickens in the coop and cow in the pasture.
- Ample on-site parking.
- On-site guesthouse lodging available; 2 single-king retreat units.
Thing to know:
- Our business respects its neighbors and adheres to all local noise ordinances.
- We do not yet have an on-site catering kitchen, however there are many great options for off-site caterers.
- The gathering barn does not currently have restrooms, but there are great local options for portable restrooms.
